The Monti Antonio twin bed heat press is one of the workhorses of the Banner Box factory. Used to complete dye sublimation prints on a variety of materials, the heat press has a unique double-platen system to heat both sides of whatever material is used.
Created by manufacturer Monti Antonio, the heat press allows for transfer printing and direct ink reactivation, helping to create professional grade printed banners and materials. The heat press also features a vacuum system, allowing for deeper ink penetration onto the textile.
The heat press also includes an automatic paper feed system, and hard surface transfer. The printer also includes a double hydraulic pump pressure system that delicately opens and closes the press plates to prevent paper floating, which is a major cause of ghosting and paper mis-positioning.
Take a look at the photo gallery below, which shows our Monti Antonio Heat Press at work, half way through a client job!
